Container Lake Estates - Founder's Club Membership

Be the First to Experience Historic Railcar Luxury at Container Lake Estates.

Welcome to Container Lake Estates in Newberry Springs, CA—a private, gated oasis hidden in the High Desert. As you drive down our grand entrance lined with towering 20-25ft palm trees and a flowing fountain, you are greeted by our crown jewels: a vintage, historic Caboose and Boxcar resting on tracks directly facing our private 7-acre lake.

Ultimate Container Homes is officially embarking on a master-class restoration project to transform these historic railcar structures into ultra-luxury lakeside glamping suites.

To fund the final interior build-outs and the cleared off-grid container community across the water, we are opening exactly 50 Charter Slots into our exclusive Founder's Club today.

What Your $399 Founder's Club Membership Locks In:
• 🚂 First-Priority Booking Rights: You get a 30-day exclusive window to reserve your dates in the restored historic Caboose or Boxcar suites before the general public ever gets access.
• 🎟️ A Flexible 3-Night Stay Voucher: Redeemable for a luxury 3-night getaway in the completed railcar suites OR our upcoming off-grid lakefront container homes.
• 🏊 Unlimited Oasis Privileges: Enjoy full, unrestricted access to the 7-acre private lake, boat dock, in-ground pool, and horse corral during your stay.
• 🛠️ Permanent Recognition: Your name will be beautifully engraved onto our custom Founder’s Plaque, mounted permanently on the lakeside dock.

Terms: Vouchers are 100% flexible, fully transferable, carry zero blackout dates, and are valid for 24 months from our official grand opening. This project is proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured by Ultimate Container Homes.
