Please note that the prices displayed on our online store represent the deposit amount required to hold your unit. These prices are not the full purchase price of the unit.
Upon placing your order, a sales agreement/Invoice and payment request for the full amount will be sent to you. The full amount will include the total sale price of the unit, minus the deposit already paid.
Please be aware that the prices listed are strictly for the unit itself and do not include:

Site preparation
Zoning and permitting
Utility connections
Any other additional services or requirements
